Talent and Quality

Yaci Tech employs more than 100 people, with R&D personnel accounting for over 60% of the workforce. More than 50% hold master's or doctoral degrees or professional titles at the associate-senior level or above. The core R&D and manufacturing team comes from industry leaders and Fortune Global 500 companies. Yaci Tech has invested more than RMB 10 million in a nationally accredited specialized testing laboratory for magnetic bearing compressors, full-unit test benches, and extreme-condition test benches. These facilities can simulate a comprehensive range of environments, including extreme cold, extreme heat, and high humidity. Before shipment, every compressor undergoes 31 production processes, 25 inspections, and up to 36 hours of extreme-condition validation to ensure reliability to exacting standards.
